We are looking for an outstanding and dedicated Estate Team Worker to join our team in Facilities Maintenance.

Contract Type: 5 Days a week
Salary: 22k-26k (Depending on experience)
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 9.45am-5.45pm (with a 1 hour break) all year round
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Being a key holder and locking up
- Ensuring the security and safety of the school site and grounds during school opening hours
- Observing legislation regarding Health & Safety Regulations, Fire and Risk Assessment legislation and working alongside the Health & Safety Officer
- Maintenance of all ground working equipment, tools, ladders, tractors, mowers, etc.
- Managing requests for maintenance/repairs
- Managing on-site contractors and ensuring that they are competent and compliant
- Day to day maintenance of the School, sports hall, outbuildings and grounds
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
- A basic knowledge of carpentry, electrical and/or plumbing.
- Been driving for at least 2 years.
- Experience of opening/closing of the School/site [desirable].
- Confident and capable of working both alone and as part of a team.
